_a_t_k_T_e_x_t_G_e_t_O_f_f_s_e_t_A_t_P_o_i_n_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Gets the offset of the character located at coordinates 'x' and
     'y'. 'x' and 'y' are interpreted as being relative to the screen
     or this widget's window depending on 'coords'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     atkTextGetOffsetAtPoint(object, x, y, coords)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['AtkText']  an 'AtkText'

     'x': [integer]  screen x-position of character

     'y': [integer]  screen y-position of character

'coords': ['AtkCoordType']  specify whether coordinates are relative to
          the screen or widget window 

_V_a_l_u_e:

     [integer]  the offset to the character which is located at the
     specified 'x' and 'y' coordinates.
