_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Gets the extents for a list of glyphs. The extents describe a
user-space rectangle that encloses the "inked" portion of the
glyphs, (as they would be drawn by 'cairoShowGlyphs').
Additionally, the x_advance and y_advance values indicate the
amount by which the current point would be advanced by
     cairo_show_glyphs.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     cairoGlyphExtents(cr, glyphs)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    'cr': ['Cairo'] a 'Cairo'

'glyphs': ['CairoGlyph'] a list of 'CairoGlyph' objects

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

Note that whitespace glyphs do not contribute to the size of the
     rectangle (extents.width and extents.height).

_V_a_l_u_e:

A list containing the following elements:

'extents': ['CairoTextExtents'] a 'CairoTextExtents' object into which
          the results will be stored
