Begin a new sub-path. Note that the existing path is not affected.
After this call there will be no current point.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     cairoNewSubPath(cr)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    'cr': ['Cairo'] a cairo context

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

In many cases, this call is not needed since new sub-paths are
     frequently started with 'cairoMoveTo'.

A call to 'cairoNewSubPath' is particularly useful when beginning
a new sub-path with one of the 'cairoArc' calls. This makes things
easier as it is no longer necessary to manually compute the arc's
initial coordinates for a call to 'cairoMoveTo'.

     Since 1.2
