_c_a_i_r_o_R_o_t_a_t_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Modifies the current transformation matrix (CTM) by rotating the
     user-space axes by 'angle' radians. The rotation of the axes takes
     places after any existing transformation of user space. The
     rotation direction for positive angles is from the positive X axis
     toward the positive Y axis.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     cairoRotate(cr, angle)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

    'cr': ['Cairo']  a cairo context

 'angle': [numeric]  angle (in radians) by which the user-space axes
          will be rotated
