_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Creates a SVG surface of the specified size in points to be
     written incrementally to the stream represented by 'write.func'
     and 'closure'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     cairoSvgSurfaceCreateForStream(write.func, closure, width.in.points, height.in.points)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'write.func': ['CairoWriteFunc'] a 'CairoWriteFunc' to accept the
          output data

'closure': [R object] the closure argument for 'write.func'

'width.in.points': [numeric] width of the surface, in points (1 point
          == 1/72.0 inch)

'height.in.points': [numeric] height of the surface, in points (1
          point == 1/72.0 inch)

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     Since  1.2

_V_a_l_u_e:

     ['CairoSurface'] a pointer to the newly created surface. The
     caller owns the surface and should call 'cairoSurfaceDestroy' when
     done with it.

     This function always returns a valid pointer, but it will return a
     pointer to a "nil" surface if an error such as out of memory
     occurs. You can use 'cairoSurfaceStatus' to check for this.
