_g_d_k_P_i_x_b_u_f_A_n_i_m_a_t_i_o_n_I_t_e_r_G_e_t_D_e_l_a_y_T_i_m_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Gets the number of milliseconds the current pixbuf should be
     displayed, or -1 if the current pixbuf should be displayed
     forever. 'gTimeoutAdd' conveniently takes a timeout in
     milliseconds, so you can use a timeout to schedule the next
     update.
