_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Saves pixbuf to a new buffer in format 'type', which is currently
"jpeg", "png", "tiff", "ico" or "bmp". This is a convenience
function that uses 'gdkPixbufSaveToCallback' to do the real work.
Note that the buffer is not and may contain embedded nuls. If
'error' is set, 'FALSE' will be returned and 'string' will be set
to 'NULL'. Possible errors include those in the 'GDK_PIXBUF_ERROR'
     domain.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gdkPixbufSaveToBuffer(object, type, ..., .errwarn = TRUE)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GdkPixbuf'] a 'GdkPixbuf'.

'type': [char] name of file format.

'...': list of key-value save options

.errwarn: Whether to issue a warning on error or fail silently

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     See 'gdkPixbufSave' for more details.

     Since 2.4

_V_a_l_u_e:

A list containing the following elements:

retval: [logical] whether an error was set

'buffer': [character] location to receive a pointer to the new buffer.

'buffer.size': [numeric] location to receive the size of the new
          buffer.

'error': ['GError'] return location for error, or 'NULL'
