_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Test to see if there is text available to be pasted This is done
by requesting the TARGETS atom and checking if it contains any of
the supported text targets. This function waits for the data to
be received using the main loop, so events, timeouts, etc, may be
     dispatched during the wait.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkClipboardWaitIsTextAvailable(object)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkClipboard'] a 'GtkClipboard'

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

This function is a little faster than calling
'gtkClipboardWaitForText' since it doesn't need to retrieve the
     actual text.

_V_a_l_u_e:

[logical] 'TRUE' is there is text available, 'FALSE' otherwise.
