_g_t_k_F_r_a_m_e_S_e_t_L_a_b_e_l_A_l_i_g_n

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Sets the alignment of the frame widget's label. The default values
     for a newly created frame are 0.0 and 0.5.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkFrameSetLabelAlign(object, xalign, yalign)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkFrame']  a 'GtkFrame'

'xalign': [numeric]  The position of the label along the top edge of
          the widget. A value of 0.0 represents left alignment; 1.0
          represents right alignment.

'yalign': [numeric]  The y alignment of the label. A value of 0.0
          aligns under  the frame; 1.0 aligns above the frame. If the
          values are exactly 0.0 or 1.0 the gap in the frame won't be
          painted because the label will be completely above or below
          the frame.
