_g_t_k_G_e_t_C_u_r_r_e_n_t_E_v_e_n_t_S_t_a_t_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     If there is a current event and it has a state field, place that
     state field in 'state' and return 'TRUE', otherwise return
     'FALSE'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkGetCurrentEventState(state)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

 'state': ['GdkModifierType']  a location to store the state of the
          current event

_V_a_l_u_e:

     [logical]  'TRUE' if there was a current event and it had a state
     field
