_g_t_k_R_a_n_g_e_S_e_t_V_a_l_u_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Sets the current value of the range; if the value is outside the
     minimum or maximum range values, it will be clamped to fit inside
     them. The range emits the '"value-changed"' signal if the  value
     changes.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkRangeSetValue(object, value)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkRange']  a 'GtkRange'

 'value': [numeric]  new value of the range
