_g_t_k_S_c_a_l_e_B_u_t_t_o_n_N_e_w

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Creates a 'GtkScaleButton', with a range between 'min' and 'max',
     with a stepping of 'step'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkScaleButtonNew(size, min, max, step, icons, show = TRUE)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

  'size': ['GtkIconSize']  a stock icon size

   'min': [numeric]  the minimum value of the scale (usually 0)

   'max': [numeric]  the maximum value of the scale (usually 100)

  'step': [numeric]  the stepping of value when a scroll-wheel event,
          or up/down arrow event occurs (usually 2)

 'icons': [character]  a list of icon names, or 'NULL' if you want to
          set the list later with 'gtkScaleButtonSetIcons'
