_g_t_k_S_c_a_l_e_B_u_t_t_o_n_S_e_t_V_a_l_u_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Sets the current value of the scale; if the value is outside  the
     minimum or maximum range values, it will be clamped to fit  inside
     them. The scale button emits the '"value-changed"'  signal if the
     value changes.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkScaleButtonSetValue(object, value)
