_g_t_k_T_e_x_t_B_u_f_f_e_r_G_e_t_I_t_e_r_A_t_L_i_n_e_O_f_f_s_e_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Obtains an iterator pointing to 'char.offset' within the given
     line. The 'char.offset' must exist, offsets off the end of the
     line are not allowed. Note _characters_, not bytes; UTF-8 may
     encode one character as multiple bytes.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkTextBufferGetIterAtLineOffset(object, line.number, char.offset)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkTextBuffer']  a 'GtkTextBuffer'

'line.number': [integer]  line number counting from 0

'char.offset': [integer]  char offset from start of line

_V_a_l_u_e:

     A list containing the following elements: 

  'iter': ['GtkTextIter']  iterator to initialize
