_g_t_k_T_e_x_t_B_u_f_f_e_r_G_e_t_I_t_e_r_A_t_O_f_f_s_e_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Initializes 'iter' to a position 'char.offset' chars from the
     start of the entire buffer. If 'char.offset' is -1 or greater than
     the number of characters in the buffer, 'iter' is initialized to
     the end iterator, the iterator one past the last valid character
     in the buffer.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkTextBufferGetIterAtOffset(object, char.offset)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkTextBuffer']  a 'GtkTextBuffer' 

'char.offset': [integer]  char offset from start of buffer, counting
          from 0, or -1

_V_a_l_u_e:

     A list containing the following elements: 

  'iter': ['GtkTextIter']  iterator to initialize
