     Computes the effect of any tags applied to this spot in the text.
     The 'values' parameter should be initialized to the default
     settings you wish to use if no tags are in effect. You'd typically
     obtain the defaults from 'gtkTextViewGetDefaultAttributes'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkTextIterGetAttributes(object, values)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkTextIter']  an iterator

'values': ['GtkTextAttributes'] a 'GtkTextAttributes' to be filled in

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     'gtkTextIterGetAttributes' will modify 'values', applying the

     'values', the function returns 'TRUE'.

_V_a_l_u_e:

     [logical] 'TRUE' if 'values' was modified

_A_u_t_h_o_r(_s):
