_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Determines whether 'iter' begins a natural-language word.  Word
     breaks are determined by Pango and should be correct for nearly
     any language (if not, the correct fix would be to the Pango word
     break algorithms).

     gtkTextIterStartsWord(object)

'object': ['GtkTextIter']  a 'GtkTextIter'

_V_a_l_u_e:

     [logical] 'TRUE' if 'iter' is at the start of a word
