_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

Retrieves the iterator pointing to the character at buffer
coordinates 'x' and 'y'. Buffer coordinates are coordinates for
the entire buffer, not just the currently-displayed portion. If
you have coordinates from an event, you have to convert those to
     buffer coordinates with 'gtkTextViewWindowToBufferCoords'.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkTextViewGetIterAtPosition(object, x, y)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkTextView'] a 'GtkTextView'

'x': [integer] x position, in buffer coordinates

'y': [integer] y position, in buffer coordinates

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

Note that this is different from 'gtkTextViewGetIterAtLocation',
which returns cursor locations, i.e. positions _between_
     characters.

     Since 2.6

_V_a_l_u_e:

A list containing the following elements:

  'iter': ['GtkTextIter'] a 'GtkTextIter'

'trailing': [integer] location to store an integer indicating where in
the grapheme the user clicked. It will either be zero, or the
number of characters in the grapheme. 0 represents the
          trailing edge of the grapheme.
