Get the root window where this widget is located. This function
can only be called after the widget has been added to a widget
heirarchy with 'GtkWindow' at the top.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     gtkWidgetGetRootWindow(object)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

'object': ['GtkWidget'] a 'GtkWidget'

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

The root window is useful for such purposes as creating a popup
'GdkWindow' associated with the window. In general, you should
only create display specific resources when a widget has been
realized, and you should free those resources when the widget is
     unrealized.

     Since 2.2

_V_a_l_u_e:

['GdkWindow'] the 'GdkWindow' root window for the toplevel for
     this widget.
